Born and raised in Tamil Nadu, Satchidananda moved to Rishikesh in 2003 and joined Swami Dayananda Ashram, Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, completing an intensive three-year residential course in Vedanta. His deeper study of the Atharva Veda opened the path toward Ayurveda, integrating Vedic mantra chanting with natural healing and holistic health.
Born in Tamil Nadu, Shrividya worked in skill development for rural communities before dedicating herself to the study of medicinal herbs, cleansing methods, and natural healing practices. Under the guidance of Satchidananda Saraswati, she studied the Atharva Veda and traditional Ayurvedic practices, playing a vital role in patient care and practical guidance.
We believe Ayurveda must be practiced with truthfulness, care, and responsibility.
We do not believe in exaggerated promises or commercial shortcuts. Authentic healing requires honest guidance.
Each person requires a different approach. We do not believe in standard packages for everyone.
Symptoms are important, but they are not the whole story. We focus on the deeper imbalance behind them.
Food, routine, sleep, cleansing, and discipline are often the foundation of real healing.
Healing should not be purely mechanical. The state of mind, intention, and inner discipline matter deeply.
People need to understand Ayurveda before they can truly benefit from it. Teaching is central to our work.
